Becky is also is a big fan of baking, which is really great since her CourseStorm office mates are also big fans of baking!

Lukas approaches each customer with a level of empathy and patience acquired through his work in customer service throughout high school and college. Lukas will graduate from the University of Maine in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He’s a big fan our the outdoors year-round, spending time skiing in the winter and out of the water in the summer. We feel fortunate to be able to add “CourseStorm Customer Success Team” to those year-round activities.

Sales Account Executive Jeff Whitlow is a big fan of Chris Grosser’s famous saying, “Opportunities don’t happen, you create them.” Jeff spends time with CourseStorm’s prospective customers via online webinars to explore how CourseStorm will fit into their organizations. He brings an extensive understanding of software as a service and years of experience in providing business software solutions to customers in the veterinary industry to the sales team. Jeff is a go-getter in every aspect of his life, spending weekends with his family participating in Lego robotics, baseball, football, track, and theatre.

Sales Development Representative Chris Suggs comes to CourseStorm with eighteen years of hands-on technical and relationship marketing experience in the boating industry. Chris blends his sales background with first-person experience working with CourseStorm as a client during his year as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching basic computing to older adults. Chris used CourseStorm to manage his classes. “I saw the difference it made in freeing me to focus on my students and their needs. I’m excited to be part of the team helping other organizations experience that feeling,” he remarked. Chris likes hiking, walking, playing frisbee and yard games, and can tell you pretty much anything you’d ever want to know about boats.

“This is a time of rapid expansion at CourseStorm, both in new staff and customers. Educational organizations across the spectrum of lifelong learning are increasingly finding CourseStorm to be a perfect fit for their needs. I am excited that with these excellent additions to our sales and success teams, we will be able to spread this message far and wide and continue to provide our legendary support to this expanding customer base,” said CEO Brian Rahill.
