Brian is a scientist-turned-education technology executive. With a masters in education, a thesis all about technology adoption in the classroom, and 20 years of experience building technology for education, Brian founded CourseStorm in 2012 to create impossibly simple software to support informal education providers. Since then, Brian has worked with hundreds of education programs; he's seen what works and what doesn't—and he's thrilled to bring those insights to this conversation!
Samantha Bagwell (Client Relations Lead at Spektrix), oversees a team of fundraising specialists who ensure that Spektrix delivers sector-leading tools and expertise, as well as the highest quality practical and consultative support to users. Before joining Spektrix in 2017, Samantha worked in development at US arts and culture organisations, most recently as a member of the Individual Giving team at Roundabout Theatre Company in New York City.
Lee Rowland is a dedicated advocate for the transformative power of technology in education. With extensive experience supporting higher education institutions, Lee has worked closely with colleges and universities to drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with educational leaders to implement strategies that enhance institutional operations and improve student outcomes. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of educational needs have made her a trusted partner for institutions striving to achieve their goals through technology. Lee holds a Bachelor degree International Trade from Clemson University and a Non-Profit Management Certificate from Lilly School of Philanthropy.
