CourseStorm Teams Expand in Q4 2020
We welcomed Aiden Threadgoode, Caitlin Salzberg, and Doug Stevens to CourseStorm in the final quarter of 2020 and are happy to introduce them to you!
Aiden Threadgoode Joins Our CourseStorm Customer Success Team
Aiden Threadgoode joined the Customer Success Team as a Support Specialist, providing friendly, timely customer service via email and phone to CourseStorm’s customers with a kind and supportive attitude. Responsible for first-line customer assistance, investigating, documenting, and solving customer issues, he also creates content for the CourseStorm help site and knowledgebase.
Aiden brings both patience and teaching experience from his work as a teaching assistant and tutor for 2U, an EdTech company offering online degree programs. He is also currently participating in an internship as a Full Stack Intern with Known Point Technologies, developer of medical information systems software. Aiden serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Transgender Network and also as volunteer Communications Director. He can typically be found with his computer, a strong cup of tea, and his dog snoring away in the corner.
“Aiden is passionate about software and technology and loves partnering with customers to help them achieve their goals,” notes Becky Willough, Customer Success Team Manager. “He brings empathy, flexibility, and attention to detail to his work and is a phenomenal asset to CourseStorm’s Customer Success Team.”
“I am really excited that we have continued to grow and expand our team. Educating adults for new jobs and reconnecting communities are needed now more than ever. Our recent promotions and the addition of new staff enable us to continue to remove barriers to learning and accelerate our mission of streamlining access to education.”

“The growth of the sales team at CourseStorm is tremendously exciting. As our team expands CourseStorm’s reach through existing and new markets, more programs will benefit from what our existing customers have grown to love—a streamlined registration process for their students, amazing features that save them time, and revenue growth for their programs.”
