Spring has finally sprung here in the northeast and that has energized us to work in earnest on updates to CourseStorm. Check out some of the great new features we’ve been adding!

Add Instructors, Locations & Categories

Now as you add or edit classes, you can add to the lists of Instructors, Locations and Categories. If you scroll down to the bottom of the drop-down menus, you will see that there is now an option to “Add XXX” – click on that and it will open a small form. Enter your information, click the “+” button and that’s it!

Remember Credit Card Opt-Out

Students can now opt-out of having CourseStorm remember their credit card information. There is a checkbox on the class payment screen where they can select / deselect this option.

Student Refund Email

This function has actually been in place for a while but I’m not sure we let you all know officially: When a student is refunded, both you and student are now being sent an email to confirm that the refund has taken place.

Optional Registration By Check Feature

Although off by default, if you would like, you can let your students pay by check when registering online. Once you’ve received the check, you can use the admin area to mark them as paid so no one falls through the cracks. Just let us know and we can turn on this option for you.

That’s all for right now, but we’re not done yet! We are actively working to improve every aspect of CourseStorm, so look forward to hearing from us again soon!

Unlimited, Sensational Support

There’s nothing worse than being stuck on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone, anyone, who knows what’s going on. We can’t stand it either.
