We’re happy to share the promotion of Becky Willough to the role of Customer Success Team Manager.

In this role, Becky will ensure that CourseStorm customers have an exceptional experience, from their first onboarding session to ongoing help requests with CourseStorm’s friendly and knowledgeable Customer Success Team. Becky brings over a decade of combined customer service, tech support, and leadership experience.

Becky joined CourseStorm in the summer of 2019 as a Support Analyst, providing support, troubleshooting, and coaching to CourseStorm customers. Prior, they managed client record database software for a large social service nonprofit in rural Maine in the field of early childhood education.

“Becky has been an exceptional member of our customer success team. They have a unique blend of technical knowledge, deep customer care, and experience managing a team,” said CourseStorm CEO, Brian Rahill. “We are excited to promote them to this role where they’ll make an even greater positive contribution to our team and customers.”

“I am really excited that we have continued to grow and expand our team. Educating adults for new jobs and reconnecting communities are needed now more than ever. Our recent promotions and the addition of new staff enable us to continue to remove barriers to learning and accelerate our mission of streamlining access to education.”

In this role, Chris will continue researching and prospecting target markets, personal outreach, growing prospects’ interests CourseStorm. He will also help manage data importing, distribution, and analytics for the team and provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Chris joined the CourseStorm team as a Sales Development Representative in the summer of 2019 with eighteen years of relationship marketing experience in the boating industry. He also comes with first-person experience using CourseStorm as a client during his year as an AmeriCorps volunteer teaching basic computing to older adults.

“As CourseStorm’s first Sales Development Representative, Chris truly created the role, demonstrating leadership by jumping in head-first. There was no manual on how to be successful in this role, and Chris worked hard to hone his craft through independent learning, natural curiosity, and diving into the data. He has proven to be a tremendous asset with data management and analytics within the team,” says Jeff Whitlow, Sales Team Manager. “Chris is also always willing to help. This attribute was highlighted when we hired two new team members, whom Chirs welcomed with open arms, sharing knowledge and tips to help them quickly be successful.”

Congratulations Becky and Chris!
